Do you consider yourself a nice guy? Do you care a lot about what people think of you? Do you often put people’s needs and wants before your own? Do you ever think if you could just eliminate porn from your life then everything would be okay?
So what’s so wrong about being a nice guy?
Nice guys are inherently dishonest. They show people one version of themselves, the “nice guy” in order to get approval. They hide anything else they find unacceptable. This can include needs, flaws, mistakes, wounds, emotions, and desires. This practice fundamentally undermines the process of recovery.
On this episode, Jason George from the GRIZ podcast joins this episode of Porn Free Radio. The guys discuss integrity, “nice guy syndrome”, and what’s needed to live a whole, undivided life.
