Alex Lerza from rTribe visits Pornfree Radio and shares why connection is the opposite of addiction. Alex by training is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Much of his work as a therapist has come out of his own recovery.
His journey also led him to create an app in 2015, with fellow therapist, Josh Kalsbeek, to help people recover. rTribe is a social recovery app for porn and sex addiction. It connects thousands of people each day who are working on recovery from porn.
