- Is this a false or distorted belief?
- What is true?
- Replace with more realistic and positive belief.
- Is this true?
- Have I concluded that porn is a solution for this situation.
- What do I want to about this?
- Is it safe?
- Am I minimizing as way to avoid the truth about this behavior?
- Where does this belief lead me?
- What do I need?
- What other ways can I meet this need?
- Am I believing a victim story?
- How did I co-create this problem?
- Where can I take more ownership?
- Am I holding onto something that is unsafe by minimizing or rationalizing?
- Can it be made safer or eliminated?
